How to use beconase nasal spray:

Blow your nose gently.
Close one nostril by pressing your finger against the side of the nose.
Bend your head forward slightly and put the nozzle into your other nostril.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Follow the third and forth steps again to apply another spray into the same nostril if needed.
