How to use flixonase nasal spray:
Blow your nose gently.
Close one nostril with your finger.
Bend your head forward slightly placing the nozzle into the other nostril.
Breathe slowly in through your nose pressing your fingers down on the widest part of the nozzle to squirt the spray once into your nostril.
Breathe through your mouth.
Repeat if needed.
